Buckwheat pancakes
with smoked salmon
 
 
130g buckwheat flour
1 pinch of salt
0.5l water
2tbsp. vegetable oil
4 slices of smoked salmon
 
 
 
 
In bowl mix flour with salt
and start little by little
to add water until the
dough becomes smooth.
In pan add with absorbing
paper oil and when
is warm the dough.
Cook for 3 minutes on
each side and serve
with smoked salmon.
